Assist in on boarding process of newly inducted staff
Support in the online candidate interaction management through multiple channels
Search for passive candidates for the available position or future requirements
Respond proactively to candidate’s quires and creating positive talent stream for present & future opportunities
Post the job on recruitment portals promote them on social media and maintain liaison with placement centers
Perform initial screening of online applications, conduct telephonic interviews & arrange coordinate in interviews
